Access or Portability

You can exercise your rights via info@nedavion.com. We can only process such a request if you enclose a copy of a valid identification document with your request. To prevent identity fraud, we ask you to cross out the citizen service number (BSN) (in 2 places) and the photo. You can also use the app from the Dutch government for this purpose. In some cases, we may refuse your request. You will receive a response from us as soon as possible, but within 30 days.
If you have a complaint about how we handle your personal data, you have the option to submit it to the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP). This can be done via this ryšys.
