A320, B737 & MD-80 Warehouse and Logistics
At NEDAVION, warehouse and logistics operations are structured around asset protection, technical integrity, and regulatory compliance, not generic freight handling. Our facilities support the controlled storage and movement of aircraft parts, engines, APUs, and documentation associated with A320, B737, and MD-80 platforms, integrating directly with teardown programs, engine recovery, and asset management workflows.
NEDAVION operates warehouse and logistics capability across two strategic locations: Amsterdam and Sofia. These facilities support engine storage on approved stands, component storage, controlled material handling, and dedicated documentation storage for both NEDAVION-owned assets and asset-managed projects arising from teardown, procurement, and surplus recovery programs.
Warehouse infrastructure routinely supports engines including CFM56 series, V2500-A1, and JT8D-217A / JT8D-219, together with associated aircraft APUs such as the GTCP85-98D (MD-80 platform), Honeywell 131-9 / 131-9A / 131-9B (A320), and APS2000 / APS3200 series (B737 families where applicable). Engines and APUs are stored with preservation controls, interface protection, environmental management, and handling discipline to maintain downstream usability and asset value.
Warehouse processes are designed to preserve configuration integrity, traceability, inspection readiness, and documentation continuity. Components are managed with segregation, packaging integrity, and certification alignment to support predictable acceptance and efficient downstream processing.
Logistics execution covers export and import compliance, customs coordination, routing strategy, preservation during transport, and regulatory alignment, ensuring assets move securely between facilities, teardown sites, inspection locations, and end destinations. Movements are planned in alignment with technical status, inspection sequencing, and commercial timelines rather than pure transport efficiency.
Warehouse and logistics capability is tightly integrated with engine removal, borescope inspection, LLP valuation, asset disposition planning, and parts distribution, allowing assets to remain under continuous control throughout their lifecycle and reducing unnecessary handling exposure.
By maintaining direct operational control of storage and logistics infrastructure, NEDAVION provides predictable custody, transparent traceability, and disciplined execution for A320, B737, and MD-80 aircraft assets, including CFM56, V2500, and JT8D engines and associated APUs.
