A320, B737 & MD-80 Warehouse and Logistics

At NEDAVION, warehouse and logistics operations are structured around asset protection, technical integrity, and regulatory compliance, not generic freight handling. Our facilities support the controlled storage and movement of aircraft parts, engines, APUs, and documentation associated with A320, B737, and MD-80 platforms, integrating directly with teardown programs, engine recovery, and asset management workflows.

NEDAVION operates warehouse and logistics capability across two strategic locations: Amsterdam and Sofia. These facilities support engine storage on approved stands, component storage, controlled material handling, and dedicated documentation storage for both NEDAVION-owned assets and asset-managed projects arising from teardown, procurement, and surplus recovery programs.

Warehouse infrastructure routinely supports engines including CFM56 series, V2500-A1, and JT8D-217A / JT8D-219, together with associated aircraft APUs such as the GTCP85-98D (MD-80 platform), Honeywell 131-9 / 131-9A / 131-9B (A320), and APS2000 / APS3200 series (B737 families where applicable). Engines and APUs are stored with preservation controls, interface protection, environmental management, and handling discipline to maintain downstream usability and asset value.

Warehouse processes are designed to preserve configuration integrity, traceability, inspection readiness, and documentation continuity. Components are managed with segregation, packaging integrity, and certification alignment to support predictable acceptance and efficient downstream processing.

Logistics execution covers export and import compliance, customs coordination, routing strategy, preservation during transport, and regulatory alignment, ensuring assets move securely between facilities, teardown sites, inspection locations, and end destinations. Movements are planned in alignment with technical status, inspection sequencing, and commercial timelines rather than pure transport efficiency.

Warehouse and logistics capability is tightly integrated with engine removal, borescope inspection, LLP valuation, asset disposition planning, and parts distribution, allowing assets to remain under continuous control throughout their lifecycle and reducing unnecessary handling exposure.

By maintaining direct operational control of storage and logistics infrastructure, NEDAVION provides predictable custody, transparent traceability, and disciplined execution for A320, B737, and MD-80 aircraft assets, including CFM56, V2500, and JT8D engines and associated APUs.

Integrated Multi-Modal Transport for Aircraft Assets

Integrated Transport & Regulated Shipping

NEDAVION coordinates integrated transport solutions as part of controlled asset logistics, supporting the movement of aircraft parts, engines, APUs, and regulated material across air, road, and sea routes. Transport planning is aligned with technical status, preservation requirements, export compliance, and downstream inspection sequencing, ensuring assets remain protected throughout transit rather than treated as generic freight.

Daily scheduled collections are supported through established carrier networks including DHL, UPS, and FedEx, enabling same-day dispatch for qualifying shipments where regulatory conditions permit. Larger shipments, palletised cargo, and powerplant movements are coordinated through structured freight routing with appropriate handling controls and documentation governance.

NEDAVION maintains dedicated capability for dangerous goods logistics, including MSDS management, compliant DG packing, declaration preparation, carrier coordination, and routing approval for regulated shipments. This includes the shipment of aircraft cartridges and squibs classified as UN0323 Class 1.4S explosives, prepared in accordance with applicable aviation and international transport regulations.

Dedicated transport services support deliveries into operationally complex and hard-to-reach regions, including Nigeria, Congo, Turkey, Serbia, and Dubai, where carrier acceptance, routing restrictions, and local clearance requirements require active coordination and experience. All shipments are structured to ensure predictable clearance, controlled handling, and regulatory alignment from origin to final destination.

By integrating carrier execution with internal engineering oversight and asset management workflows, NEDAVION delivers reliable transport execution, regulatory compliance, and predictable delivery performance across international logistics movements, including regulated cartridge and squib shipments.

Our Office & Aerospace Warehouses

NEDAVION operates integrated office and warehouse facilities in Amsterdam and Sofia, supporting controlled storage, asset handling, and logistics execution for aircraft parts, engines, APUs, and documentation associated with A320, B737, and MD-80 platforms. Both locations are positioned to support efficient access to international air cargo networks while maintaining operational independence and direct asset control.

The Amsterdam facility functions as a primary logistics and coordination hub, supporting engine storage on approved stands, component warehousing, regulated material handling, and documentation custody, with direct integration into carrier networks including DHL, UPS, and FedEx. This location supports high-volume outbound distribution, export coordination, and asset staging for international movements.

The Sofia facility supports regional storage, teardown-adjacent operations, and asset consolidation for Southeast Europe, including dedicated warehouse space integrated beneath operational offices. The facility supports engine and component storage, recovery staging, and cross-border logistics execution aligned with asset recovery and distribution workflows.

Together, these locations provide redundant operational capability, controlled custody, and scalable storage infrastructure, enabling NEDAVION to maintain predictable asset control, traceability, and logistics performance across international operations.
