Aircraft Assets Procurement And Teardown
Welcome to NEDAVION, an aviation asset specialist focused on A320, B737, and MD-80 aircraft procurement and teardown. We hold deep technical expertise in CFM56, V2500, and JT8D-217/219 engines, supported by engineering-led teardown operations, inspections, and conservative asset evaluation. NEDAVION does not operate as a listing platform. Aircraft, engines, APUs, and components offered are owned, controlled, or contractually secured, ensuring real availability and clear documentation.
Our procurement and teardown decisions are driven by technical condition, documentation quality, and market demand, not headline pricing. Aircraft are assessed realistically for operational, teardown, or component recovery value. Engines and major components are evaluated using inspection data, LLP assessment, and engineering judgement, not assumptions. This is why NEDAVION remains a focused, asset-driven operator in the A320, B737, and MD-80 aftermarket.

Our Services

Aircraft Procurement & Appraisal
At NEDAVION, aircraft procurement is approached as a technical and asset-based process, supporting acquisition, placement, or teardown decisions. Procurement activities are guided by aircraft appraisals, documentation review, and market assessment, rather than transactional brokerage. Our experience covers MD-80 series, A320, and B737 aircraft, as well as major assets including CFM56, V2500, and JT8D engines and APUs. Where required, procurement decisions are supported by borescope inspections, ferry planning, and teardown evaluation, ensuring assets are acquired with clear technical understanding and defensible valuation aligned with real operational outcomes.

Aircraft Teardown & Engineering
The NEDAVION aircraft acquisition and teardown activity focuses on procuring end-of-life narrow-body aircraft, including MD-80 series, Boeing 737, and A320 platforms, for controlled dismantling and technical reuse. This approach supports sustainable asset recovery by prioritising engineering-led teardown and defensible reuse over scrapping. Teardown is performed at specialised locations, covering complete aircraft, engines, APUs, or selected major assemblies, in coordination with the engine and engineering teams.NEDAVION also performs engine-focused teardown and acquisition, covering CFM56, V2500, and JT8D-217/219 powerplants, including controlled engine removal, BSI inspection, and handling on approved engine stands.

Aircraft Engines & APUs
Our engine and APU assets are managed through procurement and teardown, supporting realistic, defensible powerplant lifecycle control for operators and lessors. We handle CFM56, V2500, and JT8D engines with associated APUs including Honeywell 131-9, 131-9A, 131-9B, and APS2000, APS3200 units recovered from A320, B737, and MD-80 aircraft. Assets are removed using approved procedures, supported by BSI, borescope inspection, and preserved on certified engine or APU stands. Storage includes physical preservation and document retention, ensuring traceability, configuration integrity, and predictable availability aligned with real aftermarket demand. This approach avoids speculative listings, maintains accountability, and supports compliant engine storage across multiple jurisdictions worldwide operations.

Aviation Consignment & Asset Sales
NEDAVION manages consignment and surplus inventory marketing as part of structured asset and bankruptcy-related sales, focusing on controlled material with clear ownership and documentation. Consigned assets are marketed using segmented outreach, technically accurate product pages, and targeted placement on established aviation platforms such as PartsBase, ILS, AVSpares, and B2B Aero, without speculative listings. Visibility is supported by disciplined pricing, documentation clarity, and availability control rather than volume listing. This approach ensures that consigned aircraft, engines, and components are sold based on real market demand and technical acceptance, supporting balance-sheet recovery and predictable asset realisation for stakeholders.

Aircraft Parts Distribution
At NEDAVION, we manage our own aviation assets and client-managed inventory, with distribution limited to aircraft cartridges and material originating from controlled assets. We do not ghostlist. Aircraft, engines, APUs, and components are procured, dismantled, and sold based on ownership or asset management, not speculative listings. Our aftermarket activity is focused on A320, B737, and MD-80 aircraft, supported by engineering-led teardown, engine inspections, and conservative valuation methodology. Customers benefit from documented traceability, compliant cartridge distribution, and predictable availability, supported by transparent procurement decisions and disciplined execution across global aviation markets and aligned with technical knowledge and operational practice.

Aviation Warehouse and Logistics
At NEDAVION, we manage warehousing and logistics as part of the wider aircraft and engine asset lifecycle. Our operations are supported by two locations in Amsterdam and Sofia, allowing us to store engines, components, and technical documentation under controlled conditions. Storage facilities support both third-party managed assets and NEDAVION-owned material removed during teardown, ensuring traceability and documentation continuity. Logistics planning includes export and import compliance, customs handling, and asset positioning aligned with technical and market requirements. This integrated approach allows aircraft, engines, and components to be stored, handled, and moved efficiently within global aviation supply chains. components.

Aircraft Spare Parts
Alongside aircraft procurement and teardown, NEDAVION supplies aircraft spare parts sourced from controlled assets, focused on A320, B737, and MD-80 aircraft. Available material includes components originating from CFM56, V2500, and JT8D-217/219 engines, associated APUs such as Honeywell 131-9 / 131-9A / 131-9B and APS2000 / APS3200, as well as main and nose landing gear assemblies recovered during teardown. Parts are offered only where documentation, traceability, and condition can be assessed coherently, ensuring realistic availability and technical acceptance. This asset-based approach avoids speculative listings and supports dependable aftermarket supply aligned with operational reality.
Aircraft Avionics
NEDAVION supplies legacy aircraft avionics sourced from controlled assets, with a strong focus on MD-80 series aircraft including MD-81, MD-82, MD-83, MD-87, and MD-88, as well as selected A320 and B737 platforms. Avionics material originates from teardown activity, surplus inventory, and asset-managed programs, not speculative listings. Available systems include flight deck avionics, navigation and communication units, flight control electronics, safety-related avionics, cockpit windows, and selected interior and cabin systems. All avionics are reviewed for documentation, traceability, and configuration compatibility, supporting realistic availability and acceptance within legacy fleet operations.

Aircraft Interiors
NEDAVION supplies aircraft interior material originating from fleet reconfigurations, LOPA changes, and teardown activity, with a primary focus on MD-80 series, A320, and B737 aircraft. Interior assets are handled at shipset level, including complete seat sets rather than individual pieces, ensuring configuration consistency and realistic reuse.
Interior availability includes economy, business, and VIP seating, cockpit and cabin furnishings, windows, monuments, and associated hardware. Where applicable, seat electronic control units and chipsets removed during cabin upgrades or in-flight entertainment replacements are recovered directly from airline warehouses, where replaced and serviceable units are often stored following modification campaigns.
LOPA changes frequently result in full seat shipsets being removed despite remaining serviceability. NEDAVION has direct access to such material through airline inventory and teardown programs, allowing interior components to be sourced with known configuration, traceability, and installation history. Interior assets are assessed conservatively, documented clearly, and supplied only where technical acceptance and configuration compatibility can be supported.
Aircraft Teardowns
NEDAVION conducts aircraft acquisition and teardown focused on end-of-life narrow-body platforms, primarily MD-80 series, A320, and B737 aircraft. Aircraft are acquired for controlled dismantling with the objective of recovering reusable material, preserving documentation, and maximising downstream technical acceptance rather than scrapping by default.Teardown activities are performed at specialised locations and may involve complete aircraft, engines, APUs, landing gear, or selected major assemblies, depending on the asset strategy. Engine and APU removal is coordinated with the powerplant team and supported by BSI at removal, approved stands, and controlled handling, ensuring defensible condition and traceability. This disciplined, engineering-led approach ensures aircraft teardown is executed as a technical asset process, aligned with real market demand and regulatory acceptance.
